My practice is a unique fusion that is deeply rooted in authentic, traditional lineages.
Usui Reiki is the gentle, foundational energy that everyone knows and loves. It’s the “life force energy” that soothes the nervous system and promotes deep relaxation.
Ancient Buddhist Healing is the profound practice that makes my sessions unique. I have been honoured to receive direct Vajrayana Buddhist empowerments (attunements) from my root Lama, The Venerable Khenpo Jamyang Lekshey. As one of the highest lamas in the lineage and the Director of the main Sakya Monastery in Rajpur, India, his guidance is the authentic foundation of my practice.
This allows me to work as a channel for the compassionate, healing energies of Enlightened Beings, such as the Medicine Buddha (for deep restoration) and Green Tara (for compassionate relief from fear).
You do not need to be Buddhist to receive this healing. It is a universal, compassionate energy open to all sentient beings who seek peace and balance.

- What is a Reiki session actually like? It is a very relaxing experience. You lie fully clothed on a comfortable massage table. I will gently place my hands on or just above your body, channelling the healing energy. Most people feel a sense of deep peace, warmth, or tingling.
- What if I’m new to this or feel nervous? It’s completely normal to feel nervous, especially if it’s your first time. My first priority is your comfort. I am here to support you, not to judge. I provide a confidential, compassionate space where you can ask any questions and simply relax.
- Is this a religious practice? Do I need to be Buddhist? Not at all. This is a compassionate and non-judgemental healing practice, not a religious service. It is open to everyone, of all beliefs and backgrounds.
- Is your studio really at your home? Yes. I have a private, dedicated room in my home that is used only as my professional healing sanctuary. It’s a calming, quiet, safe, and professional space designed for your comfort and privacy.
